Youth Statistics and Trends in Kenya – Webinar

In an era defined by rapid digital transformation and shifting socio-economic landscapes, youth remain at the center of Africa’s development agenda. In Kenya and across East Africa, young people represent both a demographic majority and a driving force for innovation, entrepreneurship, and social change.

On 21st November 2025, the Green and Digital Innovation Hub (gDIH), in collaboration with JHUB Africa, hosted an interactive webinar on Youth Statistics and Trends in Kenya.

The session reflected on:

  • Insights into youth policy, innovation, and employment trends.
  • Analysis of youth perspectives on government interventions and national priorities.
  • A discussion on gaps in youth-related data and how innovation hubs can address them.
  • An open reflection session with innovators, founders, ecosystem players, and partners.
  • A co-creation dialogue on what future Youth Stats and Trends editions should cover.
