The Women in Tech Summit 2026 brought together leaders across sectors to address the persistent underrepresentation of women in technology and drive real action toward inclusion. While women make up over half the population, their participation in STEM, AI, and tech entrepreneurship and access to funding remains significantly low.
The summit focused on moving from conversation to action, highlighted by initiatives like training 10,000 women in AI, and emphasized that empowering women in tech is not just social progress but an economic necessity.
Key discussions underscored the need for inclusive design, digital safety, practical skills training, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure women are not just users of technology but creators and leaders.
